Today my sunday school teacher told me more about the crucifixion of Christ on the cross. Yeah everyone knows hands will be nailed to the cross. So their weight causes them to 'sag', its hard to breathe, need to use legs to kick up to breathe. Then if they dont die before the sabbath, their legs will be broken so that they will suffocate even more and die quickly. So Christ died before the sabbath, and when they pierced his side, only water came out. This meant that all his blood has been shed for all of us. How amazing it is, our saviour who came down from heaven to be a man and dying on the cross for us all. We should be so thankful of him who saved us by his grace, for we are all sinners and do not deserve anything.
