back from canoeing lol . i think i reached 3mins early k . first time k . achievement lol . den latercarry boat den run lor . run the 4km one. quite long lol . jiao lian took timing. so run run run , theres a turning point that is filled wif mud klol den i saw nigel heck care juz chiong . i stone awhile den later chiong . den late rchiong all the way pro seh but cant run too fast as my leg will come out of the sandals -.- sian so my timing was 21mins 45secs z
lol den paddle 4km warmup den later 2km take timing . this time i chiong lol cuz i scared fannie LOLO not his real name will catch up wif me and i got my best timing ^^hah
so God is helping me all these while lol. i can do it man for the competition next year

k today went to malaysia for lunch . skipped the sports conference lololol walao slacker skip . kk im not that kind of person k im a good boylah lol -.- lol well the conference was quite long . so i had to find a remarkable excuse k. i went there to eat kuay teow lolo . nice ma . go there just to eat . occasionally lolo -.- . den later on the way back . we lopang-ed that gal from the shop . she one of the owners family members k . so im back here .tmr got training liao zz sian . nm i will train hard cuz im weak now kk bbbbbbbbbbb

k im back from soccer . k i met chua at 7.20 at lrt . i reached at 7.10 . that ass came late lol . zz . wad a knob @@ . den later take lrt to cck den take mrt to yio chu kang . den we were the latest kk . aiya later go play . den tired like siao . somemore the field so muddy lol -.- like some kind of shitland lol . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz boring nia now no game to play lol

went to chalet . costa sands downtown east . didnt know it was downtown east thought it was east coast . luckily soccer was cancelled so i followed the whole group if not i would have gone to eastcoast there -.- . k i met miao and junwen at bpp lrt den later take to cck mrt den later take mrt to clementi to wait for yuhui,shaohua,youjie,kiwi,mop,hmmji . k later all come liao we take mrt to pasir ris . later reach there like 12 nia . check in is at 2pm liddat lol . we go stone around walk around later talk cok play cheat all tjhose lame things lar . den later got the room liao . its on the 2nd floor . 2 rooms lol . better than east coast one . east coast one like sai bin liddat lolol ... den later went wild wild wet wif yuhui , shaohua , kj, christabel lolo . k lar nth much to do lor . only like about 5 places to go -.- . lame sia .lalalal den later go back to the room lol . all of them all playing halo2 . they said they went to cycle while i was at www loloo farnie . den later play mahjong laso looo . den later also play halo 2 to 3am den i wanted to sleep liao . den i go to the quieter and darker room and miao was there too . and he started to talk about the mrbrown show that lamer zz. den later i sleep liao he dunno still continue talking dam farnie lolo . den later when he realised i slept liao he went next door to play halo lor . k k k k kk k den later go home lo l l l l lo o o after eating mac -.-

k back from canoeing . actually didnt want to go but have to lol . it was drizzling when i went out @@. so i chiong to bus stop lol juz nice the bus came and i took it . den later i called timothy to ask if he was training and he said he was so i go lor . den at macritchie we waited for 1hr before jiao lian come lol wa den it started to rain dam heavily lol. super heavily .... den we saw lots of earthworms . kk den paddle 8km straight lol . i took with the sec 1 captain nicholas . woah so honoured . NAH . so paddled lol . later finish liao shiok . no pt den go home . and here i am posting . gonna bathe later cuz my bro stole the toilet lol . den later play ft until sleep k . tomorrow collecting posting results liao @@@@@> QQQQQQQ Kk bb

wow . at first ran 2 rounds of back and forth from lim bo seng the stone there . actually i didnt feel like going training . but must go lo l. den go ok la . not so tiring cuz i slacking . first trng after camp ma . no str lol. den do 2km practise strokes den 2 more 2km wif timing . rest . 4km str8 wif timing . and 2 500m lol . kk fun sia . shall go again tmr and fridayt .. bbb i go play game liao @@@@@@@
